Meadow Lakes is a separate Mat-Su community west of Wasilla. The borough describes a mix of suburban and rural settings. A Wasilla mailing address does not necessarily mean a property is inside the city, so begin with the parcel location and community boundary.

The borough maintains management plans for several area lakes, including Beverly, Blodgett, and Rainbow. If you are considering a property near water, check its actual access and applicable lake information. A view of a lake does not by itself establish waterfront ownership or access rights.
